SHIPPING COST

It will depend on the shipping address, the weight, and size of the items you order.

Shipping calculator will automatically update the shipping charge when you put items on a cart. The calculated cost may be more expensive than actual cost. In the case the overage cost is charged, the difference of the shipping fee will be refunded after order is placed. Please contact me if you would like to know the exact cost before placing an order.

SALES TAX

A sales tax will be charged on orders.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER

International orders are welcome! I will ship to almost every country around the world. Please feel free to ask me about International shipping. Please be aware that you will be responsible for any taxes, customs fees, or other amounts levied by your home country. I do not have control over any Duties / Taxes and the costs will be the customers responsibility.

SHIPPING

All items are carefully wrapped and packaged. Most items will be shipped within one week after I receive your payment. I ship all orders via the United States Postal Service. Shipping & handling charges are based on the items purchased. Your product will be shipped to the address provided from you. I'm not responsible for lost or damaged pieces if an order is shipped to the wrong address due to the customer's error. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee delivery times or dates. If you need expedited shipping and insurance please contact me before you make your purchase.

DAMAGES

Please inspect the packaging of your items when they arrive. If your items arrive damaged please send photos to info [!at] erisugimoto.com within 48 hours. We can find a solution.
